A local church is showing the 12 part "Blue Series" of Kent Hovind creation "science" videos. I am attending in order to write a critical review of his works for the amusement of my readers and myself.

Come now... that's not really fair is it? If you're going to pop up anonymously and say something, you should try being a little more specific. Seriously, the wording here is so vague it could be taken either way...

Since Dover started I've spent a lot of time getting caught up on some of the whack-a-doodles down in the States. Kent Hovind really takes the cake.
I could barely listen to him on the Infidel Guy podcast. I have no idea how you managed to get through all of his tapes.

The putative 'more recent photo' of Hovind found at the link provided about four comments up is not a photo of Kent Hovind. It is a photo of someone against whom he has debated.
I don't know how you did it. I attempted to do what you have done and sat through the first 6 seminars. I gave up trying to document his errors after about half an hour, and alternatively laughed and swore at the rest of his seminars.

Guess I'll say this as nicely as possible: don't be a gullible idiot. Perpetuating Hovind's blather makes you as guilty as him. Hope that sits well with you.
Ohhh... It is quite convenient for you to be so critical of this man for believing in Creationism. Yet in all your criticism, you failed to prove that Creationism is false or that Evolution is true. Therefore, you only proved that you are just another mindless Idiot who likes to shoot off his mouth. So, what else is new?
If Creationism proves to be true in the end and you are wrong, according to God's Word, you will spend eternity in Hell, but if Evolution proves to be true and we creationists fail to believe it - we are at no loss. For someone who doesn't even believe that Creationism is true, you certainly exert a lot of energy on the subject. Kent Hovind isn't what you truly have a problem with, it is GOD. You choose to try and insult GOD by discrediting Kent Hovind, but GOD cannot be discredited by your efforts to criticize a man. GOD's credibility is not measured by Kent Hovind. You hate GOD - Why? Because if you believed in Him it would mean that you would have to give up your immoral lifestyle. Is keeping your immoral lifestyle worth eternity in Hell - when Christ freely paid the penatly for your sin, and all you have to do is simply confess your sin and accept His payment for your sin? You see it's not a battle of Creationism vs Evolutionism. It's the battle between you and God. You know you're not going to win, so why keep trying to convince yourself that you are? "For what shall it profit a man if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul?"
You can respond to my comment, but I assure you that I will never revisit this sight again. So your satisfaction will be very limited -that is if you even allow this post to remain undeleated.

I just want to simply make a point and you can take from it what you will. I think we would all agree that objective moral values do exist. Good and Evil are real. You can not believe in Good with out evil or vice-versa. A thief doesn't want to be stolen from. So their is an objective moral value somewhere. If you assume that there is good or evil, you must then assume that both good and evil exist. If you admit this then you have to admit that all humans have an inherent moral frame work to differentiate between good and evil. How else do you differentiate between right and wrong. But if you now have such a thing as a moral law then there must be a moral law giver. If there is a transcendence of a moral law then there must be a moral law giver. There is no way to rationally justify a moral wrong. T here is no way to rationally explain (without God) why someone does good. It must be innate.
I used to think that there were some bad-luck names (going from the people I'd met, who had those names) and that you owed it to your kid/s not to give him/her/them one of the names from that list. "Josh" must surely rate high up on the list. All Joshes have to work just that much harder to get out from the extended brain-fart that is evangelical Xtianity.
To all the freethinker Joshes reading this: take a curtain-call bow that the others must remain offstage for.
Your criticism on the Hovind videos are very funny and sarcastic, but unfortunately you made yourself look like a fool.

How sad you people are. Disputing creationism. If only people still studied Torah they would know what happened in the past, and what is to come. As the Scriptures warn and tell us what is to come, and what proficies has to be forfilled before the end, and near the end... how the world will change, and what people will do.
Scriptures tells us that the world would again become like Sodom and Gemorra and like the time of Noah. So then, what does Scripture tell us about those ancient times? What did people do, and why did God destroy those sinfull cities? He says that people were transgressing the Torah, men lying with men and woman with woman, and no one in those two cities except Lot knew the name of the Lord (YHWH) etc. Those times are here my friends! Gay and lesbien communities are more open than ever. Gay pride marches, mocking our heavenly father. And how many people out there know that Gods name is YHWH and His son Jesus is actually called Jeshua? And how many people know what the names mean? But agian like the time of Noah, people will only realize and wake up when it is too late.(Proverbs 1:23-33)
If only christians and jews and catholics could all wake up and stop searching after their own understanding, and stop reading their own interpretations into the Scriptures, we would have a perfect world. Look at absolutely any problem in the world, then go study the Torah, and you will see that the answer is in there.
The big problem is misinterpretation of text. Christians dont believe in the Law because they did not study the Torah. Jews dont believe in the Messiah because they also misinterpret the same text as the christians, and therefore think that Jeshua said the Law is no more, and scripture tells us that if someone teaches men and does not teach the Torah, then he is not a prophet. Fact is: He was the greatest Torah teacher of all time, but christians teach people that he came to take away the Law (he took away the law of sin and death, not the Torah!) He even said himself that he did not come to change or take away the law (Matt 5:17-20)
So bottom line: If people kept teaching the Torah the way it is supposed to be taught, and followed YHWH's laws, no one would be argueing about evolution or creationism. There would hardly be any crime or problems in the world. In fact, this site would not exist, and i wouldnt have to spend Saturday night in front af a crappy site typing explanations and hoping that someone out there would wake up and stop trying to prove that the Father does not exist, and start spending time on finding out the REAL truth the way it is meant to be.

I want to start by letting everyone know that I am a creationist and greatly love my Saviour, YHWH...I am very disturbed by the blasphemous words against my God by the foul-mouthed specimens who argue out of emotion.
I, along with my other brothers and sisters in Christ, will be praying that God will reveal Himself to you, according to HIS power and HIS WILL, before the end. I know and believe that HE is able.
The comments that were made by my fellow siblings-in-Christ are enough and well stated.
Vengeance is the Lord's and HE will have it. Thank you for the thought provoking comments. I love that.
